How do I return?
If you return an order, please keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. We are not responsible for any damages or losses of your package.
When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you contact us first at email@example.com with subject line "Return Order #" before sending out the return.
We are unable to process international returns.
DISCLAIMER: Due to the nature of our products being made on a limited to production run, we cannot guarantee the exchange for a different size. Please refer to our sizing chart carefully before ordering. In these instances we will make returns to the original form of payment or as store credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- For any reason, if the return does not pass inspection, your item will be returned to you without refund.
